David joined the firm as an associate in October 2010. David has an established record of helping employees resolve their legal issues in the workplace. He is experienced in litigating all types of employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower claims, contract disputes, defamation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and computer fraud allegations. David previously served as a managing editor of the American Bar Association’s Journal of Labor and Employment Law and a director in the University of Minnesota’s Workers’ Rights Clinic.
Before his legal career, David worked as a claims manager in the insurance industry, where he gained significant experience handling property and personal injury claims and insurance coverage disputes.
A transplant from Phoenix Arizona, David’s other passions include music, family, and reading.
