Biography

An empathetic listener and dogged advocate, Adam Gillette handles a variety of employment issues including employment discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, FINRA arbitration agreements, and breach of contract. Mr. Gillette has tried to verdict, as first or second chair, sexual harassment claims, age discrimination claims, contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, tortious interference, and failure to pay wages claims. Thanks to his success as a litigator, Adam has been named to either the "Rising Stars" or "Super Lawyers" lists 10 times.

Prior to attending law school, Adam was the Chief Steward for Local 205 of the Bakery, Confectionary, Tobacco Workers, and Grain Millers International Union where he handled a variety of union grievance issues and was a member of Local 205's contract negotiating committee and executive board. In 1999, BCT-PAC, the International Union's political action committee, named Adam its most outstanding individual member.
