Biography
Nevada joined FMA as a law clerk and began working as an attorney after earning his law degree. Nevada represents employees before, during, and after their employment in circumstances involving the failure to pay wages and commissions, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation. He has represented clients before administrative agencies, in state and federal courts, and in mediations.
Nevada earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While attending law school, Nevada served as an Editing Associate for the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice, participated in the Mitchell Hamline Health Law Clinic where he represented clients in immigration matters, and worked as a law clerk at FMA.
